Kelli Arn

Kelli is the owner of Rustic Road Training and head trainer.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and the following certifications:  Certified Running Coach with Road Runners Club of America, Reebok cycling, TRX certified and has attended multiple ACSM education classes.  

When Kelli is not busy with her full time job, being a Mom to two amazing kids who share her fitness passion she can be found teaching a fitness class or coaching runners at Rustic Road Training.   Over the last 23 years Kelli has taught a wide range of classes from boot camps, strength training, cycling and TRX classes.

In 2010 she started the first half marathon and marathon training program in West Bend, WI.  Followed by three years of co-coaching 150 runners per year for Force of Orange  in Madison WI.  Over the past seven years she has customized many running plans from 5k to marathon distance.

Kelli practices what she preaches; she is a six time Boston marathon qualifier and three time Ironman Wisconsin finisher!  She can't wait to help you achieve your goals at Rustic Road Training.

Melissa McNeece

Originally from Colorado, Melissa moved to Brodhead in 2008 with her husband and daughter. Since then she has completed 2 marathons, several half marathons and took 1st place in a body building competition.

Melissa has 8 years experience teaching group fitness classes. Her favorite thing about teaching is helping people achieve their fitness goals and having fun doing it! She is excited to start her journey with Rustic Road Training and will be a great part of the Rustic Road Team.

Jennifer Naramore

Jennifer is a lifelong Brodhead resident who enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children. She started her fitness journey after having her twin boys in 2002. She enjoys hiking, weightlifting, biking, kayaking and running.

Jennifer has completed a marathon, half marathons and smaller races. She has assisted in teaching group fitness classes, is a member of Wellness committee through her employer to encourage others to take better care of themselves. She is excited to start this journey with Rustic Road Training to help you reach your goals.

Sarah Kanable

In 2010, Sarah and her husband moved to Brodhead and she soon fell in love with the Sugar River Trail biking and running.  Over the past eight years Sarah has become very dedicated to fitness from group fitness classes to running half marathons.  In 2015 she found yoga to help with strength, flexibility and relaxation for her first half marathon.  Since then, Sarah has developed a passion for yoga and recently completed level one foundations training through YogaFit and TRX Yoga.  We are excited for Sarah to start her journey at Rustic Road Training and provide a variety of Yoga for fitness classes.
